Affordable Care Program

Looking For Help But Worried About Money?

We believe therapy should be accessible, inclusive, and rooted in thoughtful, high-quality care. Our Affordable Care Program is designed to support individuals and couples who are seeking meaningful therapy at a reduced rate, without compromising safety, depth, or professionalism.

One way we make this possible is by offering therapy with graduate-level student clinicians who are nearing completion of their master’s degrees in counseling, social work, or psychology. These therapists bring curiosity, care, and strong clinical training, along with a deep commitment to serving clients who may otherwise have difficulty accessing therapy.

Supported, Supervised Care

Our interns are carefully selected through a competitive application process and receive ongoing support throughout their time at Insight, including:

  • Weekly supervision with an experienced, licensed supervisor

  • Ongoing training in evidence-based and trauma-informed care

  • Direct observation of clinical work through live sessions and video review

This model allows you to work closely with a dedicated therapist while also benefiting from the guidance and oversight of a seasoned clinician supporting their work behind the scenes.

The Best of Both Worlds

Working with a graduate intern offers an opportunity to receive:

  • Affordable therapy at a reduced rate

  • Care from a therapist who is attentive, thoughtful, and motivated

  • The added support of a supervising clinician

  • Access to individual, relationship, or couples therapy that may otherwise feel out of reach

What to Expect

Because supervision is an essential part of our training model, clients working with interns agree to have sessions recorded for supervision purposes. All recordings are confidential, securely stored, and used only for clinical training. We are happy to answer any questions about this process and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Cost & Availability

We’d love to help you access supportive, affordable care. Graduate Intern sessions begin at $95 for 50 minutes, and we intentionally hold several sliding-scale spots for clients who may benefit from a lower rate, based on need and availability.

If you’d like to learn more or see if the Affordable Care Program is a good fit, our Client Care Coordinators are happy to help.
