IFS Therapy Group: Journey Through The Rainbow of You

There is a part of you that keeps you safe and one that keeps you small. A part that loves fiercely and one that closes the door before anyone gets close enough to hurt it. A part that knows exactly what it wants and one that isn’t sure it deserves it.

These aren’t flaws. They’re parts. And every single one of them has a story.

Journey Through the Rainbow of You is a seven-chakra, parts work/IFS-informed therapy group that invites you to meet those parts, the protective ones who’ve been working overtime, the tender ones who’ve been waiting in the dark, and to discover the Self that has always been underneath them. Whole, steady, and capable of holding it all.

In each session, we’ll work through the themes of one chakra — from the root’s ancient question of safety, to the crown’s quiet invitation into something larger than yourself. You’ll explore the parts that tend to live in each territory, get curious about what they’ve been protecting, and drop into a guided IFS meditation that takes you somewhere words alone can’t reach.

This group is not about fixing yourself. It is about knowing yourself — more fully, more gently, more honestly than before.
