Words and Insight: A Virtual Therapeutic Writing Group
This group offers a structured, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions through writing. No prior writing experience is needed—this is not about skill or performance, but about using writing as a tool for reflection, clarity, and emotional processing. Each session includes guided prompts designed to help you connect with your internal experience, insight and self-leadership, followed by optional sharing and discussion in a respectful, non-judgmental environment. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and engage in ways that feel comfortable.
Potential Benefits of Participation Include:
- Exploring your own creativity through processing feelings, thoughts, emotions through writing
- Developing a more compassionate and less critical relationship with yourself
- Practicing expression of thoughts and feelings that may be hard to say out loud
- Slowing down reactivity and creating space for reflection
- Building connections through shared group experience
- Building capacity, comfort with uncertainty and complex emotions
- Strengthening connection between thoughts, emotions, and values
- Creating a consistent, intentional time for self-reflection
