Meet Rachael
Rachael oversees the daily operations and business management of Insight Counseling and Wellness Center, ensuring that both clients and clinicians are supported with compassion, efficiency and understanding. With over 11 years of experience in the mental health field, she deeply understands Insight’s administration and care of our practice.
In addition to her work at Insight, Rachael serves on the board of a nonprofit organization that provides holistic healing for young girls and women who have survived abuse, trauma, and sex trafficking — a cause close to her heart.
Rachael is also personally invested in mental health, having supported her son through his journey with special needs & neurodivergent growth. She understands firsthand how crucial mental health care is for individuals and families, which drives her passion for ensuring clients receive the support they need.
