Chris received his master's degree in Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy from Naropa University and brings over a decade of experience facilitating outdoor groups, guiding, and outdoor education. His therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (parts work), Attachment theory, narrative therapy, mythopoetics, and nature-based interventions. He is dedicated to making sure how he works with you is aligned with your goals and intentions for starting the therapeutic process.
Personally, Internal Family Systems (IFS) has been a powerful tool for Chris's own healing. Witnessing the transformation in clients who learn to befriend their parts is incredibly rewarding for him. He is ready to support you in turning your attention inward and guide you through the transformational healing that you deserve so that you can truly thrive in your life. Chris has experience working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and groups struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief/loss.
Chris believes that we all face challenges in life, and just like climbing mountains requires preparation, specific gear or tools, and even a supportive team at times; he will be your supportive guide along the way with the map, the compass, and just the right tools. He will equip you with the tools you need to reach new heights and achieve your goals.
