One hour sessions will include instruction, meditation practice and time for discussion.   


Session 1: Walking meditation and how to incorporate mindfulness in everyday life.

Session 2: iRest Yoga Nidra (specifically designed to be trauma-informed).

Session 3: Sitting meditation.

Session 4: Working with difficult emotions.

Session 5: Compassion meditation and savoring.

Session 6: Meditation practice and takeaways.


Each session will be virtual, so you can join from the convenience of your home computer or other device.
