Humans are resilient and dynamic beings, capable of great healing and recovery. I believe you are the expert in your own life and that my role is to create a comfortable and safe environment to collaborate and explore yourself, past and present.

 My approach is holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed, leaving room for eclecticism and to tailor the clinical approach to your specific needs. I ground myself in the framework of Internal Family Systems and Dialectical Behavior TherapyOften, I incorporate mindfulness and the natural world into the therapeutic experience. I guide sessions using a somatic body-focused approach to strengthen the connection between body, mind, and spirit that allows for more authentic expression of self. 

I see individual adults coming in to work through life transitions, trauma, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, interpersonal relationships, and anything else that feels heavy on their heart. 

Therapy can be an overwhelming process to start, but I am here to gently guide and collaborate to find what works for you. I believe there is wisdom within each of us. Sometimes we just might need to explore another way to listen. My goal is to provide an environment where together we can identify tangible, useful tools that you can take beyond the therapy space to cope with life’s ongoing stressors.
