I believe that everyone has inherent strength and value, and I work collaboratively with each client to find the best approach for their unique needs. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
I hold a master’s degree in counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rhodes College. My background includes experience in community mental health and nonprofit case management, and I have helped clients navigate life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering each person’s identities, cultural context, and societal influences. I integrate tools from narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies, somatic practices, and internal family systems to help clients deepen their self-awareness and mind-body connection. My goal is to support individuals in living authentic lives aligned with their values.
