Jamie Griffin, LCSW

Jamie Griffin LCSW

Jamie is a personable, creative, and down-to-earth therapist who believes healing happens in relationships: with partners, with family, and with ourselves.

She specializes in working with couples, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and IFIO (Intimacy from the Inside Out) to help partners step out of old patterns, communicate with more ease, and reconnect on a deeper level. Jamie brings creativity into her sessions, whether it’s through tailored practices, unique reframes, or simply finding new ways to help partners really hear and understand each other.

With individuals, Jamie blends IFS, EMDR, attachment work, and polyvagal theory with her natural creativity and intuition. This allows her to meet each client where they are and adapt the process to what feels authentic for them. She’s especially passionate about helping to empower people to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions with more clarity, self-assurance, and self-compassion.

Her clients often describe her as approachable, intuitive, and imaginative; someone who doesn’t just listen but co-creates new ways of moving forward. Whether you’re working through relationship struggles, parenthood, or past wounds, Jamie offers a space that feels both safe and fresh, where growth can truly unfold.
