Jamie is a passionate and dedicated therapist who has worked with adults, children, teens, couples, and families throughout her career. Jamie supports those who struggle with the difficulties of daily life, feelings of lonliness and being overwhelmed, mental health issues like depression and anxiety, barriers surrounding trauma, relationships, ADHD, motherhood and postpartum, parenting, personality disorders, substance use, grief and loss, and more.
Jamie has worked as both an outpatient and intensive outpatient therapist. She also has experience in providing group therapy.
Jamie utilizes a range of approaches to best support each unique client, including modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, polyvagal and mindfulness skills, and other trauma-informed practices. She collaborates with each client and blends approaches to best serve her clients while helping them feel supported.
Jamie sees each client as their own unique person with their own unique experiences and needs. Taking a supportive and goal-oriented approach, Jamie joins with clients to help establish healing and growth, allowing clients to feel more resilient and confident. Through empowerment, skill development, and self-awareness, clients are able to take their lives back and become the best version of themselves.
