About Beth - Your Ally in Mind-Body Wellness
I'm Beth, a passionate mental health professional currently pursuing my masters in Psychotherapy at Naropa University.
I am a dedicated somatic therapist specializing in supporting individuals through life’s challenges, with a focus on neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ and women specific issues. I have experience working with ADHD, autism, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and low self-esteem, and offer a holistic approach that’s compassionate and tailored to each person’s unique journey.
I believe that healing is not done in a vacuum and that it is inherently linked to the broader social context in which we live. It is my intention to approach each person with compassionate curiosity and deep respect for their individual experiences and identities, while acknowledging the impact of systemic oppression and inequities.
In my practice, I integrate principles from somatic body psychotherapy and Yogic philosophy, all designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind and soul. My work blends polyvagal exercises, movement sequencing, Internal Family Systems parts-work, mindfulness, and attachment theory to create space for both immediate relief and lasting personal growth. Whether you're navigating neurodivergence, identity exploration, or emotional overwhelm, my goal is to support your innate resilience and the rebuilding of trust with yourself.
