I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the different parts of yourself, fostering internal harmony and self-compassion. By working with these internal parts, we can begin to untangle past wounds, release burdens, and promote you to develop a healthier relationship with your core self. Additionally, I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and coping with distress.
