I believe each person has a roadmap to their journey, even if the path appears difficult. I seek to assist people in unlocking their full potential through a lens of curiosity and acceptance. I am forthright in my empathy and approach our work with an awareness of social and family systems in the context of generational shifts. I will meet you where you are in your journey while striving to create a secure environment to increase your inner strength, self-compassion, and empowerment.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a License in Professional Counseling in the state of Colorado. I graduated from Adams State University in 2022 and have been licensed in a community mental health setting in southwest Colorado for the past two years. I have experience in a variety of mental health settings, ranging from high-complexity cases to everyday self-exploration.
Utilizing a variety of modalities, I will draw on the most effective to create a personalized experience. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, person-centered and strength-based approaches, knowledge of somatic and internal family systems, and mindfulness strategies. I utilize attachment theory in bringing awareness of the impact of community on our healing journey.
